ZovaChic is an independent online ladies clothing store, based in Suffolk.
It's run by a Mum with a passion for making ladies feel beautiful.
All the items I stock, I love and would wear myself - so I hope you like them!

OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Shipping is £3.95 second class - Royal Mail
Covering the whole of the UK.
Orders over £30 will receive complimentary shipping.
Collection is also available for local customers - just click on the collection option at the checkout.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will except returns or offer an exchange of an unused product within 14 days, providing all labels and original packaging are undamaged.
Once we receive the returned item ZovaChic will then issue a refund.
Discounted items are not eligible for return.
*Please be advised that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage,
unless item is received faulty.
